What a blessed year!!! How was your 2025? What are you building towards in 2026? For Least Of These (LOT), 2025 was our first full year as a non-profit organization to say YES to God in many new and exciting ways. As we close the chapter on 2025, our hearts overflow with gratitude for God’s unwavering faithfulness. The prophet Jeremiah reminds us in Lamentations 3:22-23 (NIV):
“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”
This year, we have witnessed anew the Lord’s mercies—fresh, abundant, and guiding every step of those who faithfully served with LOT. From the foundations laid in our 2024 establishment and the joyful celebration at our 1st Annual Benefit for Hope event, to the hands-on missions that built homes, churches, schools, fed villages, restored campuses, and shared the Gospel across continents, God has been faithful. Through your prayers, generosity, and partnership, together we have served Jesus by serving the least of these. Just as Jesus intended it to be in Matthew 25:40:
“Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”
What a privilege it has been to be His hands and feet in Cambodia, Belize, Costa Rica, Ireland, Uganda, Mexico, Honduras and closer to home with 3Strands in Sacramento, California. All because God’s people gathered together to say YES to God. These accomplishments are not our own, but testimonies to God’s Kingdom advancing through obedient hearts—like yours.
As we reflect on 2025 with thanksgiving, we look ahead to 2026 with excited anticipation, trusting the One who equips us for every good work (2 Timothy 3:17). Together, let us continue building His Kingdom, one life, one home, one mission at a time.

LOT’s annual men’s construction mission trip to Cambodia once again reflected our long-standing partnership with Agape International Missions (AIM), a relationship we have been blessed to serve with for many years now. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with AIM staff and local community members, our team demolished and rebuilt 4 new homes for at risk families, and were honored to feed the entire village of more than 300 people, providing tangible expressions of the agape love of Jesus Christ, humility, and building hope.
While the physical construction was a critical part of the mission, the trip was equally rooted in discipleship and brotherhood. Each day began with team devotionals, prayer, and personal testimonies, creating space for men to grow spiritually, encourage one another, and be sharpened in their walk with Christ. That spiritual foundation carried into the community as relationships were built, prayers were shared, and the love of Jesus was demonstrated both through hard work and genuine presence. We are deeply grateful to all who supported this mission through prayer and generosity, making it possible for both lasting structures and eternal impact to be built.





In April, our team of four married couples had the privilege of traveling to Belize to serve alongside Agape International Missions (AIM) at their new Restoration Campus — a safe and healing place being prepared for survivors of exploitation and human trafficking. It was a time filled with purpose, teamwork, and God’s unmistakable presence.
Our team joined AIM’s local staff to help prepare the Restoration Campus for its first group of survivors. Together, we: Built a hammock shed where survivors can find rest and peace during their healing journey. Worked on campus development projects — including classrooms, dorms, the nursery, and landscaping — ensuring the campus is ready to welcome its first residents. Donated power and hand tools to help equip AIM for ongoing construction and maintenance needs.
In association with working on AIM projects together, the team also participated in a Marriage Ministry study, growing closer as couples and as co-laborers in Christ. We were reminded that strong marriages form the foundation for strong ministry — both at home and abroad. We left Belize deeply moved by the dedication of AIM’s staff and the hope that God is restoring His children through their ministry.

We’re honored to play a small part in preparing a space where survivors will encounter healing, dignity, and the love of Christ. This past year, LOT worked alongside high school students from The Academy at District Church to serve locally with 3Strands Global Foundation, a Sacramento-based nonprofit working to end human trafficking and support survivors through education, employment, and engagement programs.
Together, the team completed several key facility support projects that directly strengthened 3Strands’ operational capacity. These included building a new storage room, updating signage throughout the facility, replacing ceiling tiles, and other important upgrades that help the organization operate more efficiently and continue its life-changing work. Serving 3Strands allowed the students to tangibly contribute their time and effort to a mission with both local and global relevance, and underscored LOT’s commitment to serving “the least of these” not just abroad but in our own communities as well.





This year has been one long yes to God. What began as a simple prayer asking how we could serve His Kingdom led the Robinson family on a vision trip to Costa Rica to discern where LOT could serve in the mission field, and ultimately to move in faith. We did not arrive with a fixed plan, but with a posture of obedience, trusting God to reveal where He was already at work. He faithfully opened doors and formed relationships we could not have orchestrated, confirming again and again that this calling belongs to Him. This move has been not only about serving, but about growing together as a family and deepening our walk with the Lord.
Since moving to Costa Rica, God has allowed us to partner with Tamarindo Church, Flourish Children’s School, The Feeding Center, Misericordia de Dios (Mercy of God), and many local community members. Together, we have participated in Bible distributions, flood relief cleanup and early rebuilding efforts, youth outreach and youth serve days in Playa Venado, beach cleanups, and ongoing community projects. Casandra has partnered with Flourish Children’s School by starting a middle school and teaching grades seven and eight, helping advance a long-term vision for project-based learning for students in grades seven through twelve. Aubrey Jewel has stepped into her calling through worship, serving and singing during Sunday services and helping lead the creation of a worship team at Flourish. Looking ahead, plans are underway to build two new homes in Playa Venado and to continue organizing construction support for Mercy of God as they work toward building a new housing facility. None of this is by our own strength or design. It is the result of full surrender and God’s faithfulness. To Him alone be all the glory.





We were super excited last year and blessed to be a part of what God is doing in Northern Ireland to bring the Hope of Christ. Much love to Pastor CJ at District Church for organizing the time together with Pastor Andy, his wife Victoria, and their lovely family.
During our visit we were able to tour The Hills Church and gain a sense of what was needed for their church to grow. One of the needs there was to build a stage in the main worship center. The church building is an old theater and was not set up well for Sunday worship. Having the stage would increase visibility and provide for more seats to be placed closer to the action on the ground floor. While we were there, we prayed for God to reveal to us how we could bless the church and God made it clear that funding the stage was the answer. It was so great to see it completed after we returned home. We were super encouraged to see the District Church mission team visit later in the year and utilize the stage for a kid’s camp. Beyond that, pastor Andy has reported back to express his gratitude for LOT and all the supporters that helped contribute to the blessing of the stage. He said it has made such an impact on the ongoing encouragement of growth in their church staff and community. Looking forward over the years to sending missionaries to our brothers and sisters there in Ireland and support them as their church continues to grow in Christ.





We’re filled with gratitude as we share what God has done through our recent mission trip to Uganda. For the last couple years, we’ve had the joy of supporting our dear friend and missionary, Grandma (Jaja) Donna Miller, whose heart has been deeply connected to Pastor Samson, his wife Helen, and Set Free Ministries — bringing Christian education and hope to the children of Buloba and Kaato in Uganda, Africa.
In October, we joined Donna alongside her son and daughter in law, Tom and Melissa Sheridan to dedicate the new school and mission house in Kaato — the fruit of her faithful service and love. Through LOT, Donna and her network of family and friends were able to fully fund this project.
During our visit, we;
Visited Set Free Church and School in Buloba, meeting the incredible staff and children. In Kaato we helped with school projects and shared gifts, bringing joy and encouragement to the students. Took part in a painting project at the mission house. Planted fruit trees on the mission property that will provide food for the children for years to come. Blessed Pastor Samson and Hellen with a safari retreat to rest and renew their spirits. Cast vision for the final stages of the Kaato campus project, trusting God to complete His good work.
Please continue praying for Pastor Samson, Helen, Grandma Donna, and the children of Buloba and Kaato.
“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine…” (Ephesians 3:20).





It's been said, "the more people gather together for good, the less people there are to gather for evil".
Building homes, churches and schools is more than just the construction. It's more about building hope in the people who occupy these facilities. This last year in 2025 was a year of partnership with some of God's most amazing, generous, and faithful servants. We are blessed to work with such wise and understanding people who are dedicated to building the House of God, the body of Christ Jesus, amen.
"By wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established". Proverbs 24:3

We could not be more proud and joyful for Rick Ellstrom and his team who traveled to Honduras to visit ministry partners in Copán and the surrounding villages. This team has been diligent and faithful to the calling God has placed on their hearts to serve the good people of Copan Honduras. Their recent visit in October provided many blessings of progress and encouragement. The primary goals were to check the status on the ongoing church construction, connect with local leaders and families, and evaluate opportunities for future mission trips and ministry expansion.
During this time, they visited a family in La Laguna to attend a child’s birthday party. She wanted to have the church attendees from the village over and have a service for her party. They also visited the village of Chilar where a family hosts a church service at their home every Friday. Fabio and his family visit each Friday to help with service. From there they moved on to the village of San Francisco where Fabio is ministering to local villagers and uniting local churches and families. The kids were climbing trees and throwing oranges to us. Lastly, they went to Fabio’s church site to assess current progress and identify next steps for completion. There they were privileged to attend a church service at Fabio’s church in La Laguna to worship alongside local believers. Todd shared a great message to encourage the local church. Gathered insights to help plan future ministry efforts and build support.
We were deeply moved by the faith, resilience, and hospitality of the Honduran people. Fabio and his family are all in for the Kingdom. Everything they have goes into the church or the communities around it. The visit reaffirmed that strong relationships and consistent support are key to long-term impact. They are doing great ministry with what they have, our role is simply to come alongside and strengthen what God is already doing here.
Rick and his team plan to continue raising funds to further ministries, organize a 2026 mission trip with a larger team of missionaries, and identify additional key partners to advance the ministry there in Honduras. Please consider this team, Pastor Fabio, and the people of Copan in your prayers. This blessing is ongoing and the opportunity to get involved is awaiting God's calling for you to be a part of Kingdom Building.





Pastor Daniel Tefula and his wife, Eva, both faithfully serve the SetFree Life Ministries community in Uganda, pouring their lives into ministry and blessing countless families through their leadership. Currently, Pastor Daniel, his wife, and their children — Nathaniel Grace (6) and Ethan Gabriel (8) — live in a small, one-room apartment. They also care for their nieces, Precious and Cissy, under the same roof. Despite their humble living conditions, they continue to serve joyfully and sacrificially. By God’s grace, the Tefula family has begun building a modest home. In 2025, the Fergerson family joined others in their community to raise the funds necessary for completing the major construction. This involved purchasing and installing things like windows and doors, as well as completely wiring the house with electrical for power and lights. In 2025, a very small but faithful and generous group of people here in the California communities were able to fully fund the cost for the windows and doors. The next phase will be raising the necessary funds for the electrical wiring next.
Completing this house will provide the Tefula family with the safe, stable home they need to raise their children and continue serving their community with strength and joy. Every gift, no matter the size, is an investment in this family and in the Kingdom work they are leading in Uganda.





This last year, LOT had a unique experience and opportunity to support The Academy at District Church during their mission to Ensenada, Mexico. The goal was to not only build a home sponsored by the Academy, but to also bless them with the very basic furnishings they need for simple living. This included raising additional funds through LOT to purchase electrical equipment, water storage, cooking appliances, bedding for their rooms, and many other basic household items to supply their new home.
We were filled with joy to see the kids rally together to achieve that goal. Because of their hard work and the generosity of others, through prayer, support and physical means, our youth were able to build the home and fund the extras. We are so thankful to be a part of the blessing that God provided to us all on this mission. Thank you to everyone who supported our District youth in Ensenada. Looking forward to the next mission experience with our youth in 2026!





As Proverbs 11:25 reminds us, “A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.” Truly, we have been incredibly refreshed by seeing God’s love at work across the globe this past year. All of this blessing has come from those who listened to the Holy Spirit calling them into action. Their answer... YES! Praise God!!! Our prayer and challenge for 2026 is to increase the generosity by providing endless opportunities for the faithful to get involved. If Jesus is calling you to greater things in 2026, let LOT be that platform that helps produce fruit in that calling on a global scale. We are here to serve you so that you can serve others. Just as Christ did and has called us to do for His people. We are doing a new thing for the Kingdom of God, and since you as Christians are part of the team, it's time to get in the game and run the plays that win the souls of the least of these. Thanks in advance for your support!
